Hayley has over 20 years in the Banking and Finance Industry, making her a highly experienced Relationship and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Laminar, Hayley spent 10 years in the Money Markets team at Bankwest. Her primary responsibility was to fund the business bank through money market products while maintaining a strong focus on superior customer service.
Hayley has developed and maintained long standing customer relationships within a variety of sectors including Australian Deposit-taking Institutions, Not for Profit Organisations, Local Government Entities, Fund Managers and High Net Worth individuals, while ensuring clients meet AML/CTF compliance obligations.
Hayley is highly driven and motivated to deliver operational excellence through a combination of effective communication and a value driven approach.
Hayley has a Bachelor Degree in Business (Finance and Economics) from Swinburne University of Technology, an Associate Diploma in Business Law, is RG146 compliant and holds a Lean Silver Certification in Operational Excellence.
